Will I be able to check the design before it’s made?

Absolutely, we always send a visual proof of your mat before anything goes into production. This gives you the chance to confirm the layout, logo placement and overall look.

What type of school mats are available?

We offer a range of different mats suitable for school entrances, including school logo mats which are ideal for entrances, along with rubber-backed mats which work well for corridors, canteens, libraries and other internal spaces. Custom shapes and sizes are also available.

How do I create a mat with our school branding?

Simply select your preferred size and colour options, then upload your school logo when placing your order. Our team will handle the setup and send a proof for your approval before it goes to print.

Can you make mats to fit awkward or large spaces?

Yes, we can made any custom shape or size, whether it’s for a long corridor, a wide entrance, or a specific reception area.

Our rubber-backed runner mats can be made in lengths up to 8 metres long and widths up to 2 metres.

How long does delivery take?

Once your design has been approved, your mats are typically delivered within 5–7 working days.

Are these mats suitable for busy school environments?

Our school logo mats are made to the same specifications are specifically designed for high footfall areas like school entrances and hallways.

They’re durable, easy to clean and built to maintain their appearance even with daily use. We also offer an extra heavy-duty option with a 2.5mm double-thickness rubber backing. Please contact us if you require this option.

Do you offer help with artwork or logo adjustments?

Yes, if your logo needs refining or preparing for print, our in-house designer can assist. This service starts from £30.

Do you offer mat cleaning services?

We have large professional mat laundry facilities on site and can offer regular or one-off mat cleaning services. Our mat rental service also includes regular cleaning and replacement with fresh mats.

Can I rent the mats instead of purchasing?

Our mat rental service allows you to spread the cost of your mats and always have fresh, clean mats. Our team will come either weekly, bi-weekly or at your chosen interval and pick up your dirty mats and replace them with freshly laundered mats.

Why is the backing important for school mats?

The rubber backing plays a key role in safety and longevity. Our mats use nitrile rubber, which helps keep them firmly in place, prevents marking on floors, and stands up well to dirt, moisture, and heavy use.

Do you offer school logo mats without a rubber border?

We also offer our logo mats without a border which are ideal for fitting into matwells.

Do your mats have different gripper options for carpets and hard floors?

Yes, you can choose the gripper option for hard floors or carpet when placing an order online or directly with us.

Do I need to order in bulk?

No, you can order a single mat or multiple, depending on your needs. This makes it easy to trial one area or roll out across the whole school.
