Our printed logo mats are perfect for offices, retail spaces, hotels, schools, restaurants and more. They feature the same rubber backing and pile as our heavy-duty rubber-back mats, but with your own customised branding and logo.

For busy environments with extra high footfall, such as supermarkets, shopping centres and public buildings, we offer our heavy-duty+ option with a 2.8mm rubber backing mat as a custom version with your own branding or logo. Please send an enquiry if you require this upgrade.

For external entrances and exposed areas, we also offer durable outdoor logo mats designed to withstand the elements while still showcasing your branding.

There is no minimum order for our custom logo mats. Our digital printer can reproduce any Pantone colour to a High Definition (HD) finish. With over 72 pre-determined colours, we have one of the largest ranges of any mat manufacturer. On top of this, we can blend any Pantone colour in-house at no extra charge to ensure your logo floor mat is perfect.

UK Mats manufactures custom logo mats by digitally printing onto nylon yarn using our state-of-the-art ChromoJet 800 printer. In the first instance, our graphic designer copies your logo and instructions for the layout of the mat and then produces an A4 Visual for you to approve. We can amend this as many times as required until you are happy with the personalised logo mat proof.

Our branded mats are manufactured using durable nitrile rubber backing. Nitrile rubber offers a number of advantages:

Base material: Durable nitrile rubber backing containing 34% post-industrial recycled content within the compound. Free from phthalates and engineered to deliver excellent oil resistance, long service life and stable performance. Compression moulded with strengthened edging on all sides.

Overall backing thickness: Approx. 1.4 mm (available also in 2.5mm)

Edge thickness: Around 2.5 mm.

Edge width: Approximately 20 mm (2 cm) all round.

Return Policy

You may cancel your order prior to shipment or within 7 working days of delivery (working days exclude weekends and public holidays). Notification of cancellation must be in writing by letter or email. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, notification by telephone is not sufficient.

Where goods are returned for reasons other than error on our part, damage or loss, you are liable for the return shipping costs. If any goods prove to be unsuitable, please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund, minus postage costs.

For custom mats that have been made to order, your automatic right to return lapses, unless the product is faulty, in which a full refund or replacement will be issued. This is in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Orders for heavy-duty rubber-backed mats can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch with no charge. Orders cancelled after this time will be subject to carriage charges. Please be aware that any custom mats (i.e. logo mats or mats altered from standard sizes to suit your specification) are exempt from your right to cancel.

Will I receive a proof of my design before it goes to print?

We always send an A4 proof of your custom design before printing begins. The proportions and design will be accurate, but the colours shown are only representative. Please refer to the colour swatch chart for the final colour selection.

Our printed logo mats are designed for indoor use. For outdoor use, we recommend our outdoor logo scraper mats. They’re weather-resistant and designed to withstand exposure to the elements.

Do you offer custom size logo mats?
